St Madeleine’s Primary recently competed in a Touch Football Gala Day.
The teams, made up of our fantastic students, played a number of games and developed their sporting skills over the course of a fun day.
All children demonstrated great enthusiasm, resilience, and sportsmanship on the day, Students also demonstrated their great skills and techniques learned throughout their sports classes and training lessons throughout Term 2.
Our students were cheered on by our amazing parent cheer squads throughout the day being very cheerful for each of the student's games regardless of the game's results.
Congratulations to our teams who demonstrated great and team spirit towards every competere as well as demonstrating how strong they were as a team always encouraging and looking out for one another. own team.

Our Mini Vinnies team had a wonderful morning creating Christmas craft for our upcoming Christmas stall! We listened to Christmas music, enjoyed the festive spirit, and worked together to support a great cause. 🎄✨ Our stall will be up and running on Thursday 11th December for Santa Hat Day. 🎅 All items will be priced between 50c and $2, with all money raised going directly to the Vinnies Christmas Appeal. 💙 A reminder that there is still time to bring in donations for the appeal, every little bit helps to brighten someone’s Christmas. ✨

Last Wednesday, our Year 1 students had a wonderful day at Rouse Hill Estate for our History excursion as part of our current unit of learning! We experienced what school was like in the past and learned all about life on the farm long ago. A fantastic learning adventure!

On Tuesday 25th November St. Madeleine's Kenthurst held their annual swimming carnival. It was a wonderful community event. Congratulations to all the students who attended and participated in this event. A special thank you to Mr. Thompson for his organisation and facilitation of this day. In Weeks 3 and 4 our Stage 2 and 3 students participated in separate Touch Football Gala Days. The children represented their families and the school with pride and showed excellent sportsmanship. On Tuesday, St Madeleine's gathered to have our own special service to remember the loss of Australian lives from all wars and conflicts and to acknowledge the brave men and women of our armed forces keeping us safe. Thank you to our Year 6 students for leading the school to respectfully.
