St Madeleine’s Primary recently competed in a Touch Football Gala Day.
The teams, made up of our fantastic students, played a number of games and developed their sporting skills over the course of a fun day.
All children demonstrated great enthusiasm, resilience, and sportsmanship on the day, Students also demonstrated their great skills and techniques learned throughout their sports classes and training lessons throughout Term 2.
Our students were cheered on by our amazing parent cheer squads throughout the day being very cheerful for each of the student's games regardless of the game's results.
Congratulations to our teams who demonstrated great and team spirit towards every competere as well as demonstrating how strong they were as a team always encouraging and looking out for one another. own team.

π Year 4 History Excursion! ποΈ Year 4 had a wonderful day on Wednesday exploring The Rocks and discovering its rich history! Our adventure began with plenty of laughter as some cheeky ibis birds tried to steal the students' snacks! π¦π The students then stepped back in time by dressing up as convicts, Captain James Cook, and free settlers before setting off to explore many of the historic sites they have been learning about in class. It was a fantastic day filled with hands-on learning, curiosity, and lots of fun! We are so proud of the way our Year 4 students represented our school throughout the excursion. β

Today our students from K-6 were lucky enough to be the very first audience for Marian Collegeβs βBack to the 80βsβ musical. What an amazing experience this was for our students. Many had siblings, cousins or neighbours up there on stage, giving their all, and putting on the most magnificent performance. Our students were clapping, singing and cheering along. Year 1 Zoo Excursion πππ¨ Our Year 1 students have had the best time at Sydney Zoo! We had many encounters with animals, some of whom chose to get very close! We feel so lucky!
