But 700 kilometres away in Sydney's north west, an army of helpers is working to ensure they have everything they need.

Kindergarten have been learning about the Bible story “Jesus washes the Disciples feet”. We have been talking about ways in which we can serve like Jesus has done for us. So we decided to serve each other and recreate the passage by taking turns at washing each others feet. 🧼🧽🫧

Last week, we celebrated St Madeleine’s Day Mass together as a school community. 💙 Our students participated beautifully through prayer, singing, reading, and reflection as we honoured the life and values of St Madeleine Sophie Barat. It was wonderful to see the children showing such reverence, kindness, and connection throughout the celebration. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special day so meaningful for our students and families. ✨

Our Mini Vinnies students have been learning about Catholic Social Teaching, with a focus on Human Dignity and the Common Good. 💙 Through faith in action, students created posters to share around our school, reminding us that every person matters and that we are called to care for one another, especially those most in need. Please note due to our Athletics Carnival this week, Mini Vinnies will be on Thursday at lunch time.
