But 700 kilometres away in Sydney's north west, an army of helpers is working to ensure they have everything they need.

π Year 4 History Excursion! ποΈ Year 4 had a wonderful day on Wednesday exploring The Rocks and discovering its rich history! Our adventure began with plenty of laughter as some cheeky ibis birds tried to steal the students' snacks! π¦π The students then stepped back in time by dressing up as convicts, Captain James Cook, and free settlers before setting off to explore many of the historic sites they have been learning about in class. It was a fantastic day filled with hands-on learning, curiosity, and lots of fun! We are so proud of the way our Year 4 students represented our school throughout the excursion. β

Year 2 have been working hard in Geography this term. They have been learning all about built and natural environments, rural and urban communities and important features of each. Today our students from K-6 were lucky enough to be the very first audience for Marian Collegeβs βBack to the 80βsβ musical. What an amazing experience this was for our students. Many had siblings, cousins or neighbours up there on stage, giving their all, and putting on the most magnificent performance. Our students were clapping, singing and cheering along. Year 1 Zoo Excursion πππ¨ Our Year 1 students have had the best time at Sydney Zoo! We had many encounters with animals, some of whom chose to get very close! We feel so lucky! Our year 1 students are now on their way back to school excited to share what they have experienced and maybe a little tired from their incredible day.
